How fast will Certified Restoration Services respond to my emergency?

Certified Restoration Services open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so when you experience an emergency, we are usually able to respond within 1 hour.

Do I need to move out of my property during the restoration process?

The short answer is, it depends. We ask you to consider the degree in which your living or work area will be subject to the odors, utilities interruptions and the noises associated with reconstruction.

How is my insurance claim handled?

A customer will contact their insurance company or agent to get a claim number. After that, Certified Restoration Services will do the rest. We work hand and hand with you and your insurance company to get your home and your life back to normal as quickly as we can.

How can I tell if I have mold damage?

Mold can be found anywhere, indoors and outdoors.  Generally, it is found in damp areas, such as the basement or bathroom, and can be green, black, orange, or purple in color.  Mold has a musty, earthy smell that can indicate its presence even if it cannot be seen.

Should I try to clean smoke and soot damage from my belongings after a fire?

No.  In many cases, trying to remove soot or smoke damage from your items may cause more damage.  A professional will be able to assess the damage and determine the best course of action to take in cleaning your damaged items.
